On 19th September’15 Mozilla Uttar Pradesh Community has organized  “Orientation Session” at Cafe Coffee Day Hazratganj, Lucknow.

The main agenda behind this orientation session was to welcome new FSAs and to tell them that how they can effectively contribute.

Orientation session was attended by –

5. Ravindra Kumar

We all welcomed the following new FSAs to our community –

1. Raj Abhishek
2. Sneh Jain
3. Ankita
4. Noorul Ansari
5. Yash
6. Arshan

Orientation session started with introduction with new FSAs, so that each one of us may get to know each other. After that every one of us including Vnisha, Jyotsna, Ashish, Ravindra and I talked about our journey with MozUP and how every one is contributing and what we have done in past few months.

Vnisha told new FSAs about Mozilla mission, FOSS , Mozilla Stumbler, Womoz and the many other things. After Vnisha , Ashish talked about contribution to mozilla, and gave a brief description and also explains that how they can contribute. Jyotsna talked about Firefox OS and explains how they can work on app making. Ravindra talked about webmaker and I shared my experience on localisation.

All the new FSAs were excited for upcoming events and all are ready to contribute. We all hope that they will continue their enthusiasm and will help community to reach to heights.
